“I’m very connected to nature,” says 19-year-old Norwegian pop singer Aurora (@auroramusic), who has been writing songs since she was nine. “I think it’s the most beautiful thing we have on this earth.” Her country’s landscape, mythology and culture not only inspire her music, but also her monochromatic photographs of trees, moths and artists. There are also the images she takes of birds in-flight, in trees and protected by hands. “I think it’s kind of an escape, to be able to fly, isn’t it?” she says. “It’s a beautiful thing.
