Here she is, the little puppy formally known as Chewy. Drum Roll… I introduce to you… My new sister, Miss Lulu La Roo. As many of you know, this little neglected and very sick puppy escaped from the home she was living in and ran out in front of my mom’s car. Luckily my mom doesn’t text and drive and she saw Lulu in time to stop. So long story short, she will NOT be going back to her original home. It was a sad example as to how people who want to get pets need to take the time to care for them. This little puppy didn’t have much long to live in the situation she was in, so I know she purposely made that daring escape for a reason. My moms took her to the veterinarian twice already to get her all the medicine and care that she desperately needs. She still has a long way to go to recover from the neglect that she endured but I believe she will. I try to play with her but she is very weak and tired and likes to sleep a lot.
My mom, who is the nurse, has started an Instagram page for her, @MissLuluLaRoo , since many people have been asking about her condition. I will be off and on posting photos of my escapades with my sister too but as you know have a big cause that I’m working on to end declawing so I can’t post as many photos as I would like.
