Happy #dogdayafternoon everybody! Meet The Sundance Kid. He's a little shy around men (sensible chap that he is) and needs a lover who can understand his complex needs. Look at dat smile!

The Sundance Kid is a 47 lb 2-3 year old sweetheart who's looking for a family familiar with shy and fearful dogs. Sundance can be wary of men but very comfortable around females (ladies man, obviously). Many of the staff at the daycare he is staying in and the volunteers who see him comment on how affectionate he is. He is fully aware of his stunning good looks as he likes to look at himself in the mirror ! Someone who is able to win the battle against sad puppy eyes would probably be best as he needs a home that will provide structure and stability.
Today we're hoping to find a family or maybe just a Butch Cassidy who will take Sundance under his or her wing and show him how to be a happy dog. This would mean constant positive reinforcement/rewards-based training so if you have experience, all the better. If you don't, we're happy to direct you to some great trainers and you should come armed with patience and love. Of course he's neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
