"This was my fourth time seeing #PalmaViolets in New York this year. I brought a DSLR to half of those shows and jumped around with a film point-and-shoot for the others. Seeing and shooting a band on multiple occasions allows more opportunities to take photographic risks and try new techniques. I slowed my shutter speed down a bit for this one to capture the frenetic energy that the boys bring to the stage every night." As told to @Rolling Stone by photographer @grifflotz
