As a floral designer, I love blooms of all sort but I especially love the unusual, unexpected, textural & architectural. For our @Kinfolk Magazine In Praise of Slowness brunch I chose garlic scapes, unripe blackberries, a gooseberry sort of thing & loads of oak leaf to compliment the local food story of Sam Hodges @beehive_place.
