Here's my ZUCCHINI LASAGNA

With the addition of zucchini you won't miss the noodles!

Gluten free

Ingredients:
♦1 lb- grass fee ground beef or chicken or turkey
♦3- cloves chopped garlic
♦1/2- yellow onion
♦2 tbsp-Olive oil
♦2 - zucchini sliced
♦16 oz-shredded mozzarella cheese
♦1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
♦3-tbsp #flavorgod seasoning
?3 - Roma tomatoes /diced or small can of tomato paste

Directions:
? carefully with a mandolin slice zucchini long way to make strips.
?In a medium sauce pan, brown meat and season with #flavorgod seasoning. When cooked drain in colander to remove any fat.
?Add olive oil to the pan and saute garlic and onions about 2 minutes
?Return the meat to the pan and mix all together add the tomatos or tomato paste and more #flavorgod seasoning to taste.
?Preheat oven to 350°.
?In a 9x12 casserole spread layer of zucchini on the bottom and layer over with meat sauce, then top with the mozzarella cheese and repeat the process until all your ingredients are used up. Top with sauce and mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan and cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Then another 10 min uncovered.
