This is my paleo recreation of Maui onion rings.

They tasted as good as I remember, but they're a little messy (use a fork) ?. I dredged them in melted butter, and then a combo of coconut & almond flours with #FlavorGod garlic lover's seasoning. Then I placed on a lined cooling rack, and baked at 375° for about 10 minutes (or until browned). I served with a paleo ranch with a little more garlic lover's added in.
