Here's my BACON & EGG FRIED RICE

with a lemon butter sauce

INGREDIENTS:
?2 tbsp-butter
?1 1/2 cups rice (cooked)
?1 egg
?1 cup-shredded red cabbage
?1/2 cup- chopped bacon
?1/2 tsp-#flavorgod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn ?1/2 tbsp-#flavorgod seasoning of choice
?2 tbsp-lemon juice
?1/4 cup-chopped green onion
? 1 quail egg or regular egg as garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
?heat the butter in a large pan
?Add the RICE, LEMON juice, red cabbage and mix it all in
?Push the RICE mixture to the outside edge of the pan making a pocket in the middle to get the egg. Scramble the egg till cooked through and then mix it into the rest of the fried rice.
?add #flavorgod salt and seasonings and toss in the green onions and cooked bacon.
?In a separate pan fry the egg.
?Put the fried rice mixture in a bowl and top it off with the sunny side up egg and enjoy!
