👉 Have your friends noticed changes?
👉 Do you have more energy?
👉 Has your coordination improved?
👉 Are you actually looking forward to working out?

If you've answered "yes" to some of these questions.... that's progress!!! You don't need to wait for physical changes as a sign of fitness progress - if you're starting to FEEL better, that's the best improvement of them all!!
