Who else can relate to the sound at the beginning of the video 🤣🤣🤣 .... Straight leg raises are NO JOKE - no matter HOW you do them.

In saying that, please don't think you HAVE TO do this exercise perfectly straight away. I'm always giving my clients modifications to exercises like these so they can BUILD UP to be able to do them correctly with the right form.
