Now that the dust has settled some and the shock is starting to wear off:

There are no words to describe how I'm feeling but I'm going to give it the old pageant try. When I started doing drag three years ago I would have never imagined I would be sitting here crowned Americas next drag superstar. That thought hadn't even crossed my mind (maybe a little). I worked so hard to get here and it's so surreal to think I've reached this goal. It is amazing to know that hard work determination and confidence can move mountains. I am excited and overwhelmed with how hard I plan on working the next year and beyond. I can only hope to carry on the legacy of Rupaul, her show, and all the drag superstars that have come before me. This crowning was one of the closest in RPDR history, because there were a lot of deserving queens this season. And I love each and every one of them in their own sick way. I cannot say thank you enough to Rupaul for giving me this opportunity to be apart of queer history and for changing the world. I'm so honored to reign as your queen.
