CELLULITE!!! I Wanted to write a post about this as so many woman have recently said to me "if only I didn't have cellulite" "I'm so miserable with my cellulite" "how do I get rid of my cellulite?" NEWS FLASH! Almost all of us ladies have cellulite (ME INCLUDED) at the top of my thighs and I used to hate it. I tried body brushing, wraps, oils, creams (all of which failed by the way) obviously they failed, applying a cream or oil isn't going to remove it, there's no magic pill. Your diet & training plays a huge part in reducing cellulite. High sugar foods, alcohol, no exercise ect... will all cause cellulite. It's not rocket science! But even if you train hard & eat clean consistently there is still a high possibility you will have some cellulite. I know ladies who compete in bikini comps who are in incredible shape... But guess what? They still have cellulite! Mine has reduced massively in the last 3 years with my diet and training but there's still the odd bit that wont shift & probably isn't going to either. It's hormonal and I've excepted that and that's fine. I know I'm doing the best I can and that's what matters to me. So ladies, do the best you can to reduce cellulite with diet & training, but please don't waste time like i used to getting upset or angry or hating your body because of it. Looking at the bigger picture & the crap we all go through at some stage in life ... It's really not one of our main concerns is it?
