Don't be afraid to help others and free them from their imprisoned thoughts & beliefs. Don't limit your creativeness, don't let anyone tell you what is right or wrong. Don't let anyone manipulate your train of thoughts and well being. You're not worthless. You deserve to have a voice, so be who you want to be and don't build a "dam" that'll stop the flow of water.
