It's Friday, it's 5:00, and it's time for a stiff drink! This week we are stirring up a vintage cocktail featuring the under-loved chartreuse, crafted by cocktail maestro Eben Klemm. #VFcocktailhour
Bijou:

1 oz Greenhook gin

1 oz green Chartreuse

1 oz Dolin rouge

2 dashes orange bitters

1 cherry as garnish

Add ice and stir for 15 seconds. Strain and serve up with a cherry garnish.
