Want to support female filmmakers? Really? I hear and see so many female artists who want more opportunities and support...but they oftentimes hesitate to take the time to give it. I believe that women are our own worst enemies. We are taught there is lack and if someone else has success, love and happiness that that somehow takes away from them receiving it too. Instead of it inspiring them to achieve it or learn what they don't yet know or to ask for help. The getting is in the giving. This limited thinking is what holds us back. Let's support not just in word but in deed. Let's lead by example and pave the way for young girls to embrace each other as sisters so we can all Rise Higher, Shine Brighter & Give Back!
