Since I'm extremely busy with commissions and freelance work that I can't post yet I thought I'd post some process pictures! In the turtle drawing I started with graphite line work then I went over that with colored pencil line work, I put down a watercolor base and then went on top with colored pencil detail! For the flowers I followed the same process except I used a pan pastel base that I spray fixed before I went in with the detail. With both I used Prismacolor premier colored pencils on Bristol smooth paper ☺️ I hope that answers some of your questions about using other mediums with colored pencil! I'm planning on making YouTube tutorials sometime in the near future if you guys would like that! ?
