Let's get wastED. Calling all veggie lovers! This Friday (5/29), we're kicking off summer at the Madison Square Park Shack with a 1 day only feature of the wastED Juice Pulp Cheeseburger created by Chef Dan Barber and his team @bluehillfarm. Each main ingredient of the Juice Pulp Cheeseburger would otherwise have been composted or trashed.
