I learn so much about my practice when my dogs join me on the mat. How is my ability to stay present and focused this morning? Yoga, like life, is all about going with the flow (and knowing it's time to give in to cuddles when they start pulling at my hair with their teeth and knocking me out of my handstands).? PS what is yoga like when you have actual babies!? I'm assuming you can't give them a treat and lock them in the garden when they go absolutely ballistic????☺️#lol #dogs #yogaeverydamnday
