​I dedicate this post to the Angel that makes me try as hard as I can ​to change the world. To the baby that left and half of my soul left with her. To the child that these eyes won't see again but instead cry of happiness and sadness. Life is a funny affair. To value it one has to be aware of death, ironic. In the movie Troy, Brad Pitt says that the Gods envy us because we can die, he couldn't be more accurate. My real father, not the biological fool, used to say time and time again that our only wise advisor is death: It makes us humble, it tempers our Spirit, and ultimately, if we pay attention to it, frees us from death itself. All that I do I do it like if it was my last action on this planet because to me, Karma is hiding behind death's veil. And I rather die than disappoint my baby. She is the first thing that I see in the morning and the last thing that I see at night, since her ashes are in front of my bed. I tattooed her name on my right arm because I don't want any single moment of my life to go by without me knowing that I have to try harder and harder. We overcame 10 terrible days for reasons that I won't disclose, and we succeeded because when everything seemed lost, Mariana told me that Matilda was to her what Karma was to me, that her eyes reflected the brightness of my Angel in the sky. So a miracle had to be performed. Again, my real father used to say that without something to die for one has nothing to live for, and I'd die for any of my kids. And that relationship with death is what makes the Black Jaguar White Tiger foundation a magical "Thing". Thank you all for sharing your lives with us. Your Love makes this nonsensical world real...
