I have to thank @nicolearip for setting an example of amazing discipline and comitment on top of being a mom, actress, talk-show host, business woman and wife. It just shows what you can accomplish when you make your health a priority.
Funny thing is, being in good physical shape helps you maximize your mental and spiritual capacities as well. It gives you more energy, reduces stress, and boosts serotonin levels (happy hormone). Being on a movie set for 12 hours a day for three months makes working-out a difficult task, so I try to work out three times a week while staying away from bad foods. I focus on drinking a lot of water and lots of veggies and salads with my proteins.

Congrats @nicolearip for winning the challenge but I'm not done. I'll be Speedo-ready before you know.
