Been trying to find a way to capture how I've been feeling...and this says it all! I think between #tonyrobbins & daily transcendental meditation (thank u @sternshow) I've been feeling so much happier. I feel like I have more tools to handle life (its ups&downs,curveballs&bullies) in a better way. The other realization is that w/out the hard times I would have never sought out these solutions&thats why I guess we have to embrace the good w/the bad! Have an amazing day everyone!
