This time last week, I was pushing to prove myself wrong! The longest last 4km ever but I pushed to not give in to any weak thoughts in my head! Pushed to finish my first IM70.3 strong and happy ? I remember clearly how this distance seemed so impossible for me to do no matter how many times I had seen my hubby do it! Many thanks to @alpha_tri for preparing me well for this! During the times I was so tempted to walk, in my head I kept telling myself "You didn't train to walk!" ? @drewarellano always believed I could do this but sometimes all that's really stopping you is yourself. So thank you Coach Andy for the confidence u gave me thru training, @Noybasa for the last minute swim sessions, Gelo of Core Kinesis and @coachroyanshow for my strength and conditioning days, and @trekbikesph for taking care of Trooper ? Special shoutout to Team P for always being there during the hard times on earth ? Couldn't have done it without you galz! ? To more travels, races and finish lines with you @drewarellano! ? Vamos #WuCrew! ?
