Just landed in Columbus Ohio, for an exciting and important fundraising event - the 7th annual Sole Celebration for "In Christy's Shoes". In Christy's Shoes was started in 2007, when a sister and two friends lost Christy Levy Peters to brain cancer. In order to honor her life and love of shoes no less, these women hosted a small luncheon in remembrance. This has grown into an event which tomorrow night will see over 700 people in attendance. You can still get tickets at www.inchristysshoes.org or even at the door. The proceeds go to causes important to Christy that inspire women in challenging circumstances to walk in their shoes with confidence, strength and stability.
