Wasted no time getting back to training today. Arrived around 11:30 last night, overslept by a shit ton this morning, but still got through my two training sessions today. Slight technique tweaks in both my clean and jerk today in the 9 MILLION doubles I did up to 100kg. Felt SUPER tired, but managed to get through it all some how. Not much time before Junior Worlds, but so much work to get done!! Super huge thank you to @goattape for the awesome package I saw when I arrived home!
