I was tagged by @chunkyfonz and @yanksgal23 share 10 G&W facts.
1. George and Wheezy rarely curl up together but they do enjoy a good grooming session which usually ends in Wheezy running away because she's had enough.
2. Wheezy has been known to wake me up in the middle of the night for pets and wake George up in the middle of the night so he can groom her face. I've witnessed it. She's relentless.
3. I used to feed George on the counter because Wheezy is known to go back and forth between her bowl and his. George lets her. I now feed them together but stand guard and move her back to her own dish when she pulls her shenanigans.
4. Wheezy recently found some new lounging spots. Chairs and windowsills. George's spot is always next to me.
5. George has the job of waking me up in the morning. He meows like a fool nonstop, in my face while he sits on my chest. Wheezy hangs back and watches. As soon as I'm up, she races to the kitchen. She basically doesn't bother with the legwork. Smart girl.
6. When Wheezy gets nervous her nose gets really flushed and bright pink. George never gets nervous.
7. Wheezy runs for the hills when she hears the door buzzer, house phone ring, cel phone ring, people in the hallway, the vacuum come out of the closet, when I change the garbage bag. You get the point. George wants the food delivery guy to pet him.
8. George and Wheezy couldn't be more opposite but they totally work together. George occasionally crosses the line and Wheezy will hiss at him. See video from Friday. George is unfazed by it. He never ever hisses at her.
9. They have never had litterbox issues and they share one. I guess the only real issue is that Wheez doesn't cover up. Lately I've noticed she will meow at me after she goes so I can clean it up. ?
10. George gets lots of bidets ( if you are European you know what I'm talking about) throughout the year. He gets washed waist down because of poop issues and long hair. Wheezy is getting a bath next weekend. It's actually pretty scary. I thought my neighbors were going to file a complaint about a murder. The sounds that came out of her! Wish me luck!
