Are you a morning person? If not, how do you become one? For Monday's I believe it's crucial to start the week right with a good routine. Before reaching for my phone, I drink a 8 oz glass of room temperature water while walking out of my bedroom to the toilet to swish some mouth wash. I settle in the living room to meditate for the next 5-10 minutes journaling what thoughts and emotions come up from it. Afterwards I go to the kitchen and make a #nespressosg and cut fruits for breakfast. Only then will I reach for my phone and start the day. I believe my morning routine is crucial to mental clarity and feeling energized.
