#Regrann from @nicolearip - Today is Sweet Memories Saturday..
Back in 2011 I was so inspired by the beautiful @aliciamariebody in @oxygenmagazine that I decided to enter a fitness competition. Had never done anything like that before.

That year I signed up for a 16 week program with @bodybyo and I created the @saveyourdo GymWrap in my kitchen. I prepared meals and took it day by day. I found time to do that day's workout..no matter how late or how boring.

I was 20 pounds overweight.
I had 2 small children.
I had a husband.
I had a small business.
I had an acting career.
I was busy.
I was tired.
I was 40.

I won 1st place...in two categories!

Buuut
It's 2015 now.
I've put a few pounds back on and I'm extra busy with kids, career and The @BorisandNicole show coming this summer.....but I know I can do it.
