Flashback to the profile picture I've had since... Well, the beginning. Low resolution and errthing.
Is it time for a change? I took this on the beach at home years ago, back when I got giddy with excitement every time I managed to hold a handstand for more than ten seconds at a time. Inversions were so exciting. Now, open hearts excite me more than hand balances. Open minds. Tears. Rawness. Real, human emotion. Yoga. The essence of the practice.
