My friends?. I just got a call alerting me to this very bad news and I'm asking for your urgent help. Please go to my facebook page and read all the details. Please nicely send a short and sweet email since the vote is tomorrow morning for a bill that will basically wipe away all our our efforts to end declawing! This bill will NOT protect cats and is more likely to have the opposite effect and it will destroy everything we have worked on. And if this is passed then veterinary associations in each state will copy this bill. They saw our momentum and are trying to do something that will stop our efforts and they amended it at the last minute. If it passes this will be the end of our efforts to end declawing. We need that bill to FAIL so please write Scott with the Humane Society, sbeckstead@humanesociety.org and nicely tell him that we are very concerned about this and it is wrong!
