Being an all natural female athlete for me means so much. I don't follow what everyone else is doing. Plastic surgery and fake body parts is so typical now a days especially in the fitness industry. I pride myself in being one of the rare women that is natural. I will be 30 years old this year and I have never had anything done to myself. I love being unique and true to my character!?

I know a lot of girls getting into the fitness industry look up to a lot of social media girls and think they to have to get all these "extra" things to make a name for themselves. I stand for doing it all natural and staying true to myself. Trust me I have felt peer pressure but always go back to why I started fitness in the first place. It's to inspire others through fitness not looking "perfect" but to show that we are most beautiful when we are ourselves and being grateful with what we were born with. To each their own.?
