Tonight at 6:30 pm, discover the politicized context of #OnKawara's practice with talks by artist/activist Alfredo Jaar and writer/critic Tom McDonough. In relation to their own projects, Jaar and McDonough will discuss Kawara's post-conceptual representation of world events, including war and socio-cultural critique concerning the “practice of everyday life.” The program concludes with a private view and reception.
