When I first moved to LA I remember driving my car along Mulholland and stopping at this overlook. I remember feeling thankful and in disbelief that I had done it. I had chosen the road less travelled, and with an uncertain future I looked out with excitement. My best friend has just taken this same path and today I took her to the same place. I watched the same emotions overtake her and I'm reminded of that time 3 years ago. I'm thankful to share it again, with my best friend.
