@DeanPotter here continuing my #ElevationWeekend takeover on @DiscoveryChannel. My heart goes out to the people and all life forms in Nepal, Kathmandu and the Everest base camp during the aftermath of today’s devastating magnitude 7.9 earthquake, centered 50-miles east of the second city, Pokhara. As I sit in my tiny house in Yosemite this morning cozy and warm, I contemplate why I’ve been so lucky and wonder what I can do to help the mountain communities on the other side of the world. For now, I am sending love and hope from Yosemite, with more to follow.
