The Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory @NASA_Johnson allows astronauts (and private companies) to train in microgravity conditions. It currently houses scale replicas of ISS components so crews can get real practical experience before flying into space. For perspective on its size and depth, look at the divers in the top right corner of this picture. They were simulating a helicopter water landing to train their rescue crew. So, so cool.
