I was going through some pictures when I came across the two in front of you. The picture on the left is from 2011 when I was getting ready for my first competition, Excalibur and the picture on the right is me now.
I'm nicely surprised to see how much fuller my #glutes look! The last couple of months, I've really been putting more work into my glutes and I'm finally able to see some improvement!
This just goes to show, whatever your goal may be, go after it with #patience and #consistency and you WILL see #results! For those busying working on their glutes, don't just stick with #squats...target your #glutes from every angle, it pays off! #motivation #inspiration #booty #fitlife
