Track workout with my friend @steviebaggsjr sprint 100 meters, jog back 100, stride back down 100 meters then walk back 100 meters then do 20 push ups. That's ONE set- do that 4 times. And we warned up with a half mile. Jog one lap regular and jog the entire second backwards (OUCH!!) in the weight room now doing part 2! #GetFineAndFit #WorkoutWithMe
