1.With disposable mascara wand brush it throughly upwards. 2.Trim any hairs that are longer then your brow shape. 3.Tweeze unwanted hairs. 4.Start filling in w/ pencil, 5.Apply some white pencil under the brow bone 6.Set all with clear gel❤️❤️❤️ #vegas_nay
