#LondonReviewed | It was a joy to experience an afternoon tea with @CorinthiaLondon. We opted for the #Champagne Afternoon tea, served with the 1885 Afternoon Blend, a muscatel Darjeeling with a hint of smoky Lapsang. The champagne was Laurent-Perrier Brut which was a delight, and this was served along with a selection of finger sandwiches served on artisan breads. To finish, traditional scones and a side tower of the finest cakes we’ve tried in a very long time! I think the idea is that they keep bringing you lovely delights until you beg them to stop! ? Death by cake! ? It’s a wonder and a treat for that special someone. @daveburt ? // #thisislondon
