Before #lcfc's game against West Ham, a very special cherry tree was planted in the Memorial Garden to commemorate the 2013/14 Championship victory. Donated by former Leicester and Scotland midfielder Davie Gibson, the planting of the tree was marked by a short speech in which the Club legend paid tribute to #lcfc friends and team-mates now departed. These included manager Matt Gillies, coach Bert Johnson and fellow player John Sjoberg. Full story at www.lcfc.com.
