Nice little max clean and jerk day ? not posting what's on the bar, but definitely happy with my lifts today!!! PR then another PR clean and a SUPER close miss on the jerk! These legs finally caught up to my jerks!!! ??? Wanted more as always, but I have to keep in mind where I was just a couple months ago with these.
