I love this quote. It really resonates with me. Everyone leads a different life, with different struggles. We all have our own problems that are unique. However, we all have the same choice to make.

Do you want to deal with your issues face to face and move on? Learn from your emotions or mistakes and be stronger for tomorrow? Or be unhappy for ever.
I see so many people who "deal" with their issues by avoiding them. However, this isn't really dealing with them. It's just sweeping it under the rug. They usually ALWAYS come out at a later date in a negative way.
My advice if something happens that upsets you, sit down and talk about it. Understand it, accept it and move on.
You can't change the past but you can shape your future.
