"After about 6 months of admiring Kayla’s Instagram, my best friend and I realised WE TOO could be those girls working hard to change their life, and right around then word of “#thekaylamovement” began (January 5th, 2015). We decided it was a sign and that we were 110% on board to join the movement and be apart of #kaylasarmy. What better way to be motivated through three months than having hundreds of thousands of encouraging BBG sisters out there!? The motivation and support of these women is absolutely astounding.
From the get go I decided I was not going to focus on the number on my scale. I wanted/needed to fall in love with myself again! I took a TON of photos the night before I started BBG (Jan 4th, 2015) and after that there was no stopping me. Looking at the photos of myself, and where I had let myself go, was like lighting a fire inside of me, I was ready to start BBG and give it 110% all the way through.
Every Sunday I took progress pictures and couldn’t believe the changes I saw after only two weeks. Now that I am finished with BBG 1 (and have just restarted BBG 1) I feel so self confident.
