What a day. We started off with a much-needed morning practice with @lara.heimann followed by yummy body work that I needed badly... I'm carrying so much tension in my upper back and neck right now it's crazy. Thank you Lara for spoiling me today!
It's been an intense week. Early mornings, late nights. So many TV interviews and radio and print and media classes and talks and shoots and meetings... I'm feeling the stress in my body. But then - the book signings. I've never experienced anything like it. How is it possible that there are so many mind blowingly beautiful, courageous loving souls out there in the world making this effort to meet me?? I can't believe it. I don't understand. I've signed a gazillion books and hugged a gazillion people and taken a gazillion photos and you'd think that meeting hundreds of people at the same time for hours and hours on end would make me drained but it's the exact opposite. I can do all of this and live this life and travel this earth all because of you. I am so grateful for you. So grateful. You are the reason for all of this and I wish I could meet and hug even more of you. I love you! I love your light. You make my world a brighter place. Thank you. Thank you.
