It’s hard to define what makes a place ‘cool’, but whatever it is, #Seattle #USA has it in abundance. Beer-lovers find plenty to keep them occupied—as do foodies—and there are plenty of outdoor adventures right on the city’s doorstep.
So, for our next #lpInstawalk, we’re offering ten lucky Instagrammers the chance to join #LonelyPlanet local expert Valerie Stimac (@Valerie_Valise) and talented Instagrammer Victoria Wright (@Veekster) on a bespoke tour of Seattle on Sunday 12th April.
For the chance to win a spot, post your best city picture to Instagram and add the hashtag #LPinstawalk, along with the handle @Lonely Planet (you can also add these to an existing post) by 8am PDT on 2 April. Winners will be announced on 3 April. The #LPInstawalk attendee who posts the best Seattle picture on the day will win a @moments_lens set worth $199 USD.
Unfortunately, you'll either need to be based in or near Seattle, OR be able to get yourself to Seattle for the event (if you're not locally based). Don't fret if this rules you out though! We'll continue to hold #lpInstawalks in various parts of the world so keep your eyes peeled on our feed and perhaps next time the destination will be a more favourable one.
