The area in our lives in which we experience our greatest challenge is the area that holds our greatest potential. After beginning meditation and the inner work and moving out four years ago when my relationship ended, I experienced a radical awakening; healing my fears in that relationship was my access point to my larger changes and the liberation from my patterns. For me relationships have been where my ego came in the strongest and this is the area in which I've continued to experience my biggest growth and transformation. For some it is food - an addiction or disorder transforms into a healing journey and teaching about food; if it's a money block, that can transform into living your life's purpose, sharing your gifts and mastering abundance. Our greatest challenges become our greatest opportunities for growth. Where do you feel most stuck or blocked, scared or hesitant? This is your access point to who you really are - your true, authentic, limitless self. You have a sacred contract with your lessons and challenges, that your soul signed on for. So we can save ourselves. We chose all of it. You are exactly where you need to be to get to the next level in your freedom and happiness.
