I just had what I can honestly say was the best steak of my life tonight. My friend (@djbbq who's a rad dude, great MC and amazing chef) managed to get us in to the hottest restaurant in London right now. It's called Kitty Fisher's and it's helmed by chef @tomos_pp. This steak was from a 10-year old dairy cow from Spain (most cows for beef are only a few years old maximum) that ate grass instead of corn and was raised specifically for the flavor—which was mind blowingly good.
