"Originally the car was supposed to be sold for college fund money within 2 years, but shortly after we started the restoration I received a full tuition scholarship. With no need to sell the car, we took our time and meticulously went piece by piece. All said, it was about 4.5 years to the end result.
Some of my favorite memories with my dad come from our classic Ford Motor Company vehicles. Did you catch his 1971 Torino hiding in the background of [the] picture? He restored that car when I was about 1 year old. We are both diehard blue oval fans.” - Michael McCormick
