If you don't take full command of your mind, body & soul how do you expect to guide yourself toward personal victories?
I always accomplish my goals because I refuse to accept a negative outcome due to state of disarray.
Some things are out of my control and for those moments you have to fortify and prepare your mental and physical health.
I remember telling myself I would someday tour the world and entertain people. I had to fight through anxiety and self doubt.
I also had a poor sense of self physically. I always wanted to have my fathers athletic build. I've accomplished that after years of being on the road and eating like a dumpster.
Finally, you want the premium results in life? You want happiness and gratification? Help others to get to their destinations. Be selfless. Be encouraging. Be someones champion. Those people define me and they cultivated a tremendous amount of self reliance as well.
Nothing in life is given to us. We have to push. We must strive. We must follow our own personal constitution. I do this daily. I am proud of where I am at today and I know my mom and dad are so pleased at where I've taken my life and career. I have so many exciting ventures ahead. I am ready for whatever comes my way. I hope you can say the same.
