Tuesday: Continuing with @meatfreeweek we are having chickpea pancakes with quail eggs, salsa verde and sour cream. Finished with a @botaniclab Tonic2 juice, served on @boroughkitchen olive boards. The pancakes are super simple, 1 cup of besan, 1 cup water, 1/2tsp baking powder and fry in an oiled pan, it is both vegan and gluten free (I feel super proud of myself ?) #meatfreeweek #glutenfree #vegan #symmetrybreakfast
