Our team in the Nike Sport Research Lab captures every aspect of an athlete’s stride. And 800m Kenyan elite Agatha Jeruto Kimaswai was no different. From the bones in her forefoot to the sweat on her forehead—we measured every move she made.

Part of the reason the NSRL exists is to make the most of our natural stride.
